Anna Percy – Doctoral Studies at Manchester Met

Born and educated in Norfolk, Anna Percy has been writing for performance and publication since 2004 with almost two decades workshop facilitating, events hosting/organising experience, largely in the North of England. She co-founded the influential feminist collective Stirred Poetry in 2010. She has a MA in Creative Writing from the University of Manchester and is a doctoral student at Manchester Metropolitan University with a creative-critical project focused on eco-poetry and mental health. She has three collections with Salford based Flapjack Press. Her poetry encompasses love, loss, losing your mind, the post-pastoral and the surreal.
